NAME ARTICLE: Sausage Cular Iberian Extra. ORIGIN OF RAW MATERIALS: Iberian pork produced in the range of Andalusia and Extremadura, controlled agricultural estates. INGREDIENTS: Pork Sausage Iberian: Meat and Fat Pork Iberíco, salt, red pepper, sugar, soy protein, caseinate, emulsifier (E-450), flavor enhancer (E-625), conservatives (E-250, E-252) and antioxidants (E-300, E-301). PREPARATION: Meager selected Iberian pig was passing through the mincer that trocearán in parts rather thick to the court striking.
